Key features of Guest Communicator include:
Custom Welcome Screen – resort operators can provide custom branding on their WiFi welcome screen; update welcome page content to notify customers of events or specials, hosts, resort information or local links and deliver a welcome video.
Guest Email Engine – resort operators can set up event-based emails triggered by such things as guest check-in, duration of internet use, elapsed time after use, to send guest satisfaction surveys or for promotional coupons.
Customizable Coupons – resort operators can create customized coupons with their own branding, sponsor information or any other information they wish to convey to their guests.
Month-to-month pricing – resort operators can choose to use Guest Communicator on a month-to-month basis for a flat fee of $19.99 per month. This makes it easy for resort operators to test new offerings, customize marketing efforts based on seasonality or plan ahead for marketing needs.
