Eric B. Stumberg
Co-founder, President and CEO

Mr. Stumberg is an investor and entrepreneur with particular expertise in services and wireless technology. He has been active in developing and implementing wireless solutions since 1998.

Prior to founding TengoInternet in November 2001, Mr. Stumberg served in a number of management positions at Dell Corporation (NASDAQ: DELL) from 1997 to 2001. At Dell, he led efforts to reduce warranty cost, improve customer experience and develop wireless products and services for a $3 billion notebook product line.

In addition, Mr. Stumberg held various internal consulting and marketing positions for H.B. Zachry Company, a global construction company, ultimately serving as business development manager for Zachry’s industrial maintenance and services business unit.

Mr. Stumberg received his MBA and BBA from The University of Texas at Austin in 1997 and 1989, respectively.

Mr. Stumberg serves at his church and on several corporate and charitable boards including Big Brothers/Big Sisters, McDonald Observatory Board of Visitors and Tower Foods Inc. Mr. Stumberg resides in Austin, Texas.

Marty Heaner
Co-founder and CTO

Mr. Heaner has over 20 years of experience in software and technology development, which has helped him shape the company’s strategic direction as it relates to technology.

Prior to joining TengoInternet, Mr. Heaner was the Vice President of Development and Operations for Digital Defense, Inc., where he stabilized and automated the company’s service delivery platform. In addition, he was the Director of Enterprise Architecture for Rare Medium, Inc., where he had overall responsibilities for development, deployment and operations before the company was ultimately acquired.

Mr. Heaner has also worked for Trilogy Software, Micro Research, the Dee Howard Company, Tracor Aerospace and FMC.

Mr. Heaner has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated in 1983.
