Request a Refund
TengoInternet will consider refunds for errors incurred during the purchase process and partial compensation for service outages when our network is at fault. We will not provide refunds for unused time or for failures in the customer’s PC.
To request consideration for a refund, please provide all of the required information and double-check the accuracy of the information. We will review the request, the network records and notify you within five business days on the status of your request. Incomplete information may delay our response.
