VisionEdge Marketing Announces Three New Customers;
Increases Customer Base 36 Percent During 2002

AUSTIN, TX, December 10, 2002 VisionEdge
Marketing, Inc., an Austin, Texas-based strategic marketing
consulting firm, announced today three new customers.
Vincera Software, ePartners, Inc. and TengoInternet
have selected VisionEdge Marketing to provide such services
as positioning, market segmentation and market validation.
These companies were three of the 15 new customers VisionEdge
Marketing secured during 2002.
Despite the tough economic year when many marketing
services firms had to trim down, VisionEdge Marketing
maintained its revenue and profitability. The company
completed more than 20 engagements, half of which were
new customers. Since start of the company three years
ago, VisionEdge Marketing has assisted more than 45
companies develop strategically tactical programs to
influence purchasing behavior, drive demand and impact
revenue through its metrics-driven, customer-centric
strategies and tactics.

Marketings Business Readiness Report. The semi-annual
survey assesses the level of strategic readiness for
dealing with todays challenging business environment.
More than 75 percent of the respondents to the Business
Readiness said they were making adjustments in their
brand positioning during 2002. Once such company was
