Nomad Transition FAQsWelcome to our family! We look forward to serving you, your staff and guests. To ensure a successful transition to TengoInternet services over the next six months with no interruption of service, TengoInternet has developed a plan and a joint-task team of TengoInternet and NomadISP employees. We also prepared the following FAQ’s to address most questions you or your guests may have about the transition:
Will I experience any disruption in WiFi service?
Who will my guests and I call for technical support at my location? • Nomad Technical Support: 1-877-254-6672
Will my Monthly Service Agreement (MSA) be affected by the acquisition?
Will I still be able to use the Affiliate Manager? Yes, the Nomad Affiliate Manager will still be available and fully functional. Any changes to Affiliate Manager or other tools you currently use will be communicated through the transition process.
Will I have the same Sales Representative and Account Management team? While some roles may change over time, and as the company grows through TengoInternet’s substantial relationships and resources, we anticipate maintaining stable and consistent relationships with all of our venues.
Will my payment method change and will I still be invoiced at the same time each month?
I have more access points to install – How will my installation be impacted? Installations can be affected by many internal and external factors, but we do not anticipate that the acquisition itself will cause delays in installation or service.
How will I order collateral? For the time being, continue to use the same order methods. We will send out a notice in advance to any process changes in ordering and receiving collateral. Rebranding collateral will take place over time as we deplete inventories.
Will the acquisition change how my customers connect to the Nomad WiFi service?
Will Nomad roaming users now get access to TengoInternet locations? No, for now there will be no changes to the locations available to roaming users. |
