Dear New TengoInternet Customer,

On behalf of the TengoInternet team, it is my honor to welcome you to the Tengo family! Please know that we are excited to welcome you and help you grow your business and serve your guests with the #1 technology amenity. This section was created to address most questions you or your guests may have about the coming transition.

TengoInternet acquired Nomad ISP customers and technology to build a stronger, even more capable WiFi service provider to serve the outdoor hospitality industry. By combining the best strengths of both companies, TengoInternet will deliver industry leading WiFi networks, enhanced customer service, new productivity services and outstanding guest amenities that will help your business be more successful. Further, our locations form a nationwide network of nearly 1,000 campgrounds across 48 states serving over 300,000 RV’ers, which will give your WiFi network significant brand recognition among your guests and guests searching for campgrounds.

A joint task team of TengoInternet and NomadISP employees is in place to ensure a successful transition to TengoInternet services over the next six months with no interruption of service to you. As a new TengoInternet Customer and as part of our commitment to you:

1. You will be contacted and transitioned individually to TengoInternet service over the next six months

2. You will NOT experience any disruption in WiFi service to your Guests and Staff without notification.

3. You will have the same support lines you have used in the past until further notice.

4. Your existing WiFi product warranties will remain in tact as defined in your monthly service agreement.

5. When you transition to TengoInternet, you will have more options to enhance your network, guest services, staff productvity and property to suit your needs moving forward. TengoInternet offers many value added services including: online directory listings, enhanced staff and guest support, 2nd Day onsite support, VIP Lines, onsite marketing collateral, pre-paid discounts and our productivity suites.
